This is a fantastic apartment in a stunning brand new chalet, designed with everything you need in mind; and you can be on the slopes in minutes too. Finished to an extremely high standard with a lovely fitted kitchen fully equipped with Bosch appliances, a fully tiled modern bathroom and under floor heating. The apartment has a TV, DVD and laptop with internet access. The free ski bus is less than a minutes’ walk away, a large supermarket is just a five minute stroll away and there’s even cross-country skiing at the back of our chalet. And there’s more. With fabulous views of the river running through our garden, and a view of the mountains to take your breath away this apartment really is a treat. Transfers from Geneva can be arranged. Owners live in the chalet and are always on hand if required.

In Châtel you'll find everything the perfect village resort has to offer. A lively village centre, perfectly preserved mountain architecture, skiing in the vast unspoiled spaces of the Portes du Soleil, with little side routes here and there that you can follow on foot, on snowshoes or on skis. The countryside is as magnificent as the old chalets in the valley. Here, the atmosphere is a tempting mixture of a tranquil way of life, friendliness and fun!

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices include the rent, costs (heating, water, hot water, electricity) and all taxes except Tourist Tax (0,50 Euros per day for each person of 16 years and over).
    Cleaning on departure (if necessary), bed linen and towels are not included.
    Reservation Deposit - Options must be confirmed within eight days by payment of a deposit amounting to 25% of the rental price. It is only after receipt of the deposit that the contract will be sent to you. For reservations less than two weeks before the arrival date, the deposit must be paid by bank transfer.

    Damage Deposit : A sum of 200 Euros for an apartment will be required, when collecting the keys, by Credit Card, Eurocheque or cheque. It will be refunded by mail, after the apartment has been checked, and within eight days after departure.
  • Prices of Other Services if required :

    Hire of sheets : 11 Euros for the two sheets for a single bed (with pillow case). 13 Euros for the two sheets for a double bed (with pillow cases).
    Hire of towels : 4 Euros for a bath towel, 2 Euros for a hand towel
    Cleaning : 48 Euros
  • Prices for the short breaks are available on request but in general 3 days will be 60% of the relevant 1 week price, 4 days will be 75% of the relevant 1 week price and 5 days 90% of the relevant 1 week price. 6 days will be charged at the same rate as 1 week.
