The open plan kitchen/family area is located to the rear of the property and is fully stocked with all the labour saving devices you care to mention. These include a microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer with ice maker. Also a full laundry room. The impressive master bedroom with oversized en suite bathroom leads to the pool deck area with patio furniture and loungers. Upstairs, there are two further queen bedrooms, one twin room and a 'Pooh Bear' themed bunk-bed room. Cable TV, DVD player, TVs in king and queen bedrooms. The villa is set in the community of Vizcay. Located on highway 27 just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort.Other attractions such as sea world and universal studios are easily accessible.Only a short distance from many championship golf courses including Deer park golf club, which is only 2 minutes away. Orlando is famous for its designer outlets and shopping malls and these are easily accessible from our villa, as are a number of supermarkets, restaurants and fast food outlets. The brand new Posner park retail centre is only 2 minutes away. Within about 40 minutes, just beyond Tampa with its famous Busch Gardens, you can reach the Gulf of Mexico with resorts such as Clearwater and St Petes. The Atlantic coast, Cocoa Beach and Daytona, plus the Kennedy Space Centre, is only about 60 minute drive to the East. Sandford airport is about an hour away.
