Beautiful Villa with fantastic sea views, just built, comfortable, excellent for your holiday on the beach or nature life. There you can make fabulous trekking or kayaking or climbing. In the house there are two sea-kayaks, please place your request. Villa on 2 levels whit garden, and spacious balcony for eating al fresco. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, 1 Kitchen. Box auto for 2 place.

Capitana is only 20 minutes to the city of cagliari and 15 minutes to the beaches of Villasimius and Solanas.Ideal place for family and sport lovers, in the area there are fun parks and water games,you can make every sea sport like sail ,kayak,surf and windsurf in front of us, golf club only 10 minutes by car 'Sa Tanca' in Flumini fantastic trekkings and exciting climb are possible in this zone. Is a quiet but touristic area and a lot of restaurant are a few minute by car

We had a lovely two weeks in the apartment. It was clean and tidy when we arrived and was ideal for or needs. Marcella and Allessandro were very friendly and helpful before and during our holiday. The apartment is in a relatively quiet area south east of Cagliari, near to the Monte Sette Fratelli natural park, which is beautiful. The dog next door had a tendency to bark whenever it was left on its own in the evening, but otherwise it was quiet and the view over the bay was stunning.
You definitely need a car to get around and if you're arriving at night, there are no street lamps to show you where to turn off, so be careful! The restaurant across from the residence was nice for good, simple, Sardinian food.
