Photos and Description of this Lezan holiday villa 7 bedrooms house, very quiet, two terraces, overlooks a beautiful landscape

One hour driving from the sea and one hour from the mountain. In the heart of 'religion Camisard wars', our house offers you quiet holidays with all comfort: ready kitchen, 5 bathrooms, 5 WC, living room with the Hi-Fi, TV... 280m² are available for you. There are two terraces, south and north. For cold periods, a big chimney, a central heating and an electrical system on the first floor provide you all necessary to be cool. The house is situated in a little oak forest, at just 5kms far from the tiny city of Anduze (see 'la bambouseraie de Prafrance'). When you arrive all is ready and included: sheets for beds, towels, all products to clean, ans also in the kitchen, salt, oil, vinegar... For children, the swimming pool has a protect alarm, there is a outside station, ping-pong, and 5 VTT are available for cycling in the countryside. It is a very peaceful place with a lot of discovers to visit: old castles, churches, natural sites...We ask people not to smoke.

Our local area is very rich, with its religion wars, the numerous castles, and churches, and other discovers to do. There are very different landscapes in a few kilometers, and the fauna and flora are very interesting. We have arboretum, natural sites like the very famous 'bambouseraie de Prafrance ' at 5 kilometers far from the house. We are in the heart of the Cévennes, with a lot a traditional events : chestnuts, honey, hearing the deers, la 'transhumance des moutons',... You can go to the ski on the morning and it the weather is a bad weather, you can decide to go to the beach, one hour after. It is very pleasant. A lot of things to do and to visit in a very beautiful place.

Notes: Our house is ready to live. All daily necessary is provided. Even you will find in the freeezer some items to cook if you arrive very late in the night for example. For cars, we haven't got. But at the airport there is the option to rent a car for the holiday period. If necessary we can take people at the station or at the airport and drive them to the house. Car is recommended if you want to discover the region. The country is very rich, history, activities, sports, walkings... But once, we rent the house for a couple for three weeks. The have stayed all time in the house, just reading and swimming ! If you come driving, several cars can be parked in the site, closed. Is available also a description of the local facilities, phone numbers, doctors, veterinary, bakers... In case of necessary we are not very far from the house and people are welcome.
