This newly build house is located in the seaside villa resort Rogowo. The house is built on a large closed natural area. This modern cluster of houses is fully fenced, guarded and includes a playground for children and a parking place. The wonderful surroundings with the beautiful dunes and the green forests gives every visitor numerous possibilities to relax and is a true paradise for those who prefer the beach and seaside as for visitors who prefer to enjoy nature. Floor area of the house: 114,30 sqm on a ground area of 378 sqm. The house is fully furnished in contemporary style. The ground floor has an entrance hall, a dining area with open kitchen, a living area with staircase to the first floor. On the first floor you find a master bedroom, a guest room and 2 ensuite bathrooms. On the second floor you have 2 more bedrooms with a washroom and WC. Sitting area outside with garden furniture + Barbeque. Open kitchen with electrical cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave.

The villa is build in the dunes, at 50m from the water. Lake Resko is about 100m from the villa. In Lake Resko you have the possibility for several water sport activities, like surfing, fishing. Aside water sport activities you have the forest for nature walks, it is a superb area for cycling. In the resort you have a play ground for children.
