In Prayssac you’ll find all necessary for a pleasant stay incl. weekly market and special summer events. Here is Carrefour - Intermachè - doctors and all kind of small shops. The area is a Mecca for people who like the authentic French cuisine and good wines. You can take a trip to Cahors - Rocamadour – Sant.-Cirq-Lapopie or canoeing on the river Lot or just relax by the poll. The house is decorated with Danish Design and has: Open kitchen: microwave, ceramic cooker, dishwasher, and fridge. Dining room. Living room w/TV (BBC), DVD, music and panorama view with access to 4x6 saltwater pool. 3 master bedrooms. 2 bathrooms w/showers. Utility room with washing machine and ironing.   • The cleaning rate is 85€
    Safety deposit fee €200
  • The Tenant is required to pay a booking deposit of 30% of the agreed rental price within 7 days into our account.
    After receiving the amount on the account, the contract will be forwarded for signing and has to be returned inside 7 days by Internet or by post to our address.
    The remaining balance is to be paid into the same account at least 6 weeks before the arrival date. If the time elapsed between the signing pf this contract and the arrival date is less than 6 weeks, then the rental fee is payable immediately into the above mentioned account.

    The safety deposit of €200 is payable with the remaining balance and will be transferred back latest 7 days after leaving the property minus eventually reductions.
