The property is a luxury 2 bedroom 2 bathroom penthouse which sleeps a maximum of 6. It is 5 minutes to the nearest beach and is close to shops and amenities. The living area is open plan with a living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a TV, DVD and a comfortable double sofa bed. There is a double and a twin bedroom with built in wardrobes and a family bathroom. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and patio doors leading to the balcony. You can also access the balcony from the living area. A spiral staircase on the balcony leads up to a large roof terrace for alfresco dining and sunbathing and with spectacular views of the Troodos mountains and the sea. There is a communal pool for the residents to enjoy and an underground parking space. Larnaca airport is a 10 minute drive away, as is Larnaca town with its beautiful beach, bars, restaurants and clubs.

Kiti is a charming village 5 minutes from the nearest beaches of Faros Pervolia and Meneou and is home to the oldest church on the Island, ' Panagia Angeloksiti Church '. It has a very traditional look and feel and offers a good selection of amenities including a bank, 24 hour supermarket ( So Easy ), pharmacy, petrol station, bakeries and traditional tavernas and bars. There is plenty of activities for families and children. 5 minutes away is Dreamland which offers a secure indoor and outdoor play area, children's pool and an adult pool and bar. 10 minutes away is the Camel park at Mazatos which also has a pool. The historical city of Larnaca is just 15 minutes away with its popular tree lined promenade, a good selection of international restaurants, bars marina and shops. Kiti is 10 minutes away from the motorway which offers good links to the capital Nicosia and Limassol with its beaches, shops and Fasouri waterpark.

Great apartment, spacious and all you need in a great location, 15 minutes from the aiport and the beaches and Larnaca town centre. Kiti is an attractive village and the apartment has wonderful views from the private roof terrace.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
