Kitchen, Lounge & Dining areas central to Villa. Pool House & BBQ area with large swimming Pool. Plenty of Secure Parking for several cars. Pool & Patio areas face South overlooking Vines & Bay of Saint Tropez. Property & Garden is in very quiet location, is private & not overlooked. Established garden with mature trees providing shade when required. Plenty of dining & seating areas inside & outside of the property - essential for July & August.

  • To reserve dates, a Deposit of 30 percent of the Rental is payable, the balance is payable in full 10 weeks prior to arrival.
    Due to the nature of the Villa & property being let, a Security Deposit of Euros 750 is payable prior to arrival.
    (this can be paid to the owners account with the Rent or if you prefer in cash upon arrival... it is refundable in the manner it was paid) In any event it must be paid on or before your arrival at the Villa as keys cannot be released without the Security Deposit being paid.
  • We do not offer 'last minute deals' , the minimum Rental is 2 weeks and we can offer a reduction for 3 or 4 week bookings.
