Located in the 'Village' area of the Club this ground floor 2 bedroom apartment is in an excellent position situated only yards away from one of the 4 pools. The apartment has air conditioning for the warmer months and heating for the cooler months. It's ideal for families as the play park is just a few yards away and the children have plenty of grass to play on. The apartment is very bright and spacious and has everything to offer for a self catering holiday. There are 2 good size bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space and has patio doors leading to the patio from the lounge and main bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking. even washing up liquid is provided! Its like home from home! The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The lounge is equipped to keep both adults and children occupied - TV, games, books, DVD with some films, CD player and radio.Large groups can stay next door to each other, ID50502(3bed). Call us!

    Bed linen and towels are changed after one week for more than one week stays.

    £200 deposit for damage/breakages required and returned within 2 weeks of departure subject to apartment inspection.

    Any bookings cancelled within 8 weeks of departure forfeit deposit. If we are unable to rent the apartment then we reserve the right to keep any monies paid to us. The £200 damages deposit will be returned.

    Change-over day flexible. Please bring own beach and pool towels.
    Airport transfers available 90-110 Euros return dependent on size of party (payable locally)
  • Long term winter rentals (3weeks or more for £200 per week) during winter months when temperatures still around 20 degrees, no crowds and a heated pool by apartment!! 30+ degrees!!! Forget the gas and electricity bills at home and spend some quality time in the winter sun!!!

Activities: Football table, pool table, crazy golf, tennis, 4 swimming pools, cycling, walking, horse riding plus water sports which can all be booked locally. Zoo Marine is a must for first time visitors which is a great day out for the family. There are some great Water Parks on The Algarve which all can be arranged with Reception. Children's' entertainment daily in the summer months. Details from Reception upon arrival.

Long Term Rentals: Due to the excellent sunshine record on the Algarve this is an ideal long-term winter destination. The flights are cheaper, the beaches are less crowded and the temperature is fantastic!!! The apartment offers both air-conditioning and heating. Long term rentals from November - March £200 per week for a minimum of 3 weeks. Bed linen and towels provided but you must be responsible for cleaning, changing and washing during your stay. Includes air conditioning/heating, all utilities and use of the club facilities. Washing machine and tumble dryer in apartment. Option to have the apartment/linen changed and cleaned at extra cost.

Transportation: Car Hire can be arranged either from Faro Airport or from the Clube Albufeira. Alternatively transport can be arranged to and from Faro airport (90-110 Euros return) payable locally. Taxis to anywhere in Albufeira Town are aprx 5 Euros

Golf: Discounted Green Fees for Clube Albufeira guests are available for the following Golf Courses:- Salgados (10 mins drive), Millenium, Vilamoura 1/2/3, Vila Sol, Pinta, Gramacho. Only players wearing soft spikes and proper attire will be allowed to play (no T-shirts). Payable locally.
