It is extremely serene and undisturbed, the only noise that you will hear are the occasional baa of sheep, the cries of geese, ducks and sea gulls, and the splash of the trout in the lake and the odd sound of foxes at night!   • Short breaks are charged at 80% of the full rate.
    Dogs are welcome and are charged £20/week or £10/ short break.
    For reservations made more than 12 weeks prior to the commencement date a booking fee of 20% of the total amount due must be sent with the completed Booking Form. If a reservation is made less than 6 weeks before the commencement date the total amount due together with any additional charges must be tendered at the time of submission of the Booking Form.
    The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are due 6 weeks before the commencement date. The Cautionary Deposit of £250 is due one week prior to the commencement date.
