A Casuccia is a traditional Corsican stone-built house set in a tranquil and rural spot on the Costa Verde. Surrounded by the Castagniccia, the property enjoys beautiful mountain views whilst positioned only 5 minutes drive from Moriani Plage and its long stretch of golden sand. Recently restored, the house retains much of its original character with exposed stonework throughout, beamed ceilings and antique furnishing delightfully combined with contemporary touches. Amongst these rustic surroundings, the villa has a well equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and a superb private pool, ideal for families or couples seeking convenience and quality, as well as relaxation and character. For those who want to explore the island, Bastia, Corte and Porto Vecchio can easily be reached via the main RN roads while the sleepy villages of the Castagniccia are only minutes away.
