Luxury detached villa with private pool. Ground floor is a spacious kitchen fully equipped with Smegg oven gashob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave. The dining room opens through into large lounge area with sky TV, sat, DVD, CD, comfortable sofas, a wood burner for cosy winter nights. Shower room with toilet sink and bidet. Utility room with zanuzzi washing machine, ironing board, iron, all washing accessories. Double bedroom has twin beds ensuite bathroom with jaccuzzi, overhead shower, sink, toilet and bidet and opens up onto terrace area. First floor there is large double bedroom with large open balcony, ensuite bathroom sep shower toilet, bidet, jaccuzzi corner bath, twin sinks, second double room with twin beds, and small balcony, 3rd double bedroom has large covered balcony, double bed, also a separate shower room with toilet bidet. Terraces surround the villa with patio furniture, grassed between 5 x 10 pool with steps in. Large pool house & BBQ area with sunbeds & shower.

Our villa is set in 18000sq m of private land with magnificent view of the mountains and San Salvador, a picturesque setting for those wanting to wind down and enjoy the peace and quiet, lots of long bendy lanes ideal for cyclists and walkers.The local town of Porrerres, well known for its wine with its own bodega is only 10 mins away and has bars, restaurants, Majorcan Pearl factory and Piel Leather outlet. Felanitx is also 10 mins away a lively market town with supermarkets, petrol stations, hospital, pharmacy, shops, hospital and lots of bars and restaurants. Porto Colom 20mins away is the nearest coastal town with fantastic fish restaurants and beautiful coves and a local marina with glass bottom boat trips. The Cosmopolitan town of Cala D'or is 30mins away, lots of bars and restaurants and numerous sandy bays and the superb marina where you can sit eat and drink and watch the world go by ..... or take a boat charter and see the real coast of Mallorca......truly breathtaking!!
