This 5 star luxury 3 bedroom condo has panoramic views over the intra coastal waterways, Singer Island & the turquoise blue waters of the Atlantic ocean and is within walking distance to the beach. 'Perla DiMare' is a 2350 sq ft waterfront luxury condo with a fabulous wrap around balcony with see thru glass panel railings. The spacious Master Suite offers a King size pillow top bed, Plasma TV & DVD, enjoy incredible views of the waterways having your morning coffee whilst reading the morning paper in bed, with a wonderful modern en-suite bathroom which has a Jacuzzi tub, 2 separate vanity/sink areas, a separate shower stall & a private toilet area. The 2 additional Guest Suites offer Queen size pillow top beds & very spacious and modern en-suite bathrooms. There is also a den area. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops, with floor to ceiling balcony windows, you can see the blue waters below whilst preparing your favorite dish!

The building offers fully manned 24 hour security entry gate, free valet parking, fabulous rooftop pool, Jacuzzi & BBQ area, billiard room, full modern fitness gym, sauna, steam room, rooftop tennis courts, clubhouse, card room (poker), and dockage for boats up to 100 feet all of which would be at your disposal for your stay! Penthouse is 1 minute drive to the white sandy beaches ( or 5-10 minute walk) & there are also 2 local marinas which offer several wonderful waterfront restaurants within 2 minutes drive!
