The house is located in the countryside area of Budoni (Majorca-Li Troni) 3km from the beaches. The house was recently renovated to reflect the architectural characteristics of the typical sardinian house (Stazzu Gallurese). 'Lu Stazzu' is composed of one bedroom, one bathroom with shower, and a living room with a sofa bed and fireplace. The unique view of sea and the surrounding countryside offer the guests the possibility to enjoy their meals on the patio of the house in total relax. The private garden is 400 square meter and private parking space. The inside of the house provides the comforts necessary for the basic needs of a family or group of friends that are looking for a stress free holiday (dishwasher, washing machine, cooking area, refrigerator, fireplace, small children's beds and barbecue). Budoni is a seaside resort on the north-eastern part of the island, situated between two municipalities; San Teodoro to the north and Posada to the south. It's located on Sardinia's main road n.125 that follows the eastern coastline from Cagliari to Olbia. It includes 18 km. of coastline that rise from the Tyrrhenian Sea, offering Budoni marvellous landscapes and sandy beaches and surrounded by rocky walls. The nearest beach is only 300 meters from the village. However, Budoni doesn't only mean the sea; the village is situated on a flat area but the rest of the territory is prevalently hills and only slightly inhabited. There are plenty of folkloristic events linked to the life and the traditions of these small settlements surrounding Budoni.
