The villa has probably the best views on the coast with superb views of the mountains, the lake and the sea. On a clear day you can see North Africa from the garden! Villa specification is - large lounge, large kitchen/dining room, study, cloakroom, 4 x double bedrooms (master with en suite bathroom and dressing room, 2 x doubles beds, 1 x twin). Booking Details: Water, electric and rates all included. If dates you want are available we will hold 48 hours so you can arrange flights. 40% deposit at reservation. Balance 4 weeks prior to arrival. 40% cancellation cost at 28 days. As from 27 days 100% cancellation costs. Upon arrival a bond of 500 euros is requested and will be returned on departure date after the villa has been inspected and no damages.
