The property was originally a single dwelling designed in 1884 by Charles T Miles, the same architect who designed Westbourne Library and several other listed buildings. Bookings between October 1st and 21st December 2009. During this period and depending on availability we also offer short breaks two or three nights £300.00. *Short Notice Bookings between October 1st and 21st December 2009 * If you book one week holiday (7 nights) during this period a week or less before your holiday is due to start, the price will be £450.00 If you book 4 or 5 nights during this period a week or less before your holiday is due to start, you will get a discount of £25.00 off your booking. Sleeps 4, Grading: excellent, chic, private parking bay, lining and bathroom towels are included and provided at the start of your stay, All utility.

If you have ever been to Swanage you will be aware of the splendid Victorian town and the unspoilt beauty of the area. If you have not yet visited Swanage it’s about time you did, as there is no where in England quite so fabulous. There are the local award wining sandy beeches and plenty more in the surrounding area of Studland to choose from. Swanage has its own local town with plenty of bars and restaurants and a lovely park which you can scroll along the edge of the cliffs and checkout the boats and water sports. All of this is just a few steps away from the apartment. There is also Dulston Country Park which is a fabulous 280 acre countryside paradise, consisting of sea-cliffs and more. You can reach Dulston by car in 5 minutes or if you feel like walking you can take the coastal path and enjoy the views along the way. It will only take you about 15 to 20 minutes from the apartment.
