  • In addition to the rental rate there is an end cleaning/laundry fee of 150 Euro. There is also a local tourist tax of €1 Euro per adult (16 and over) per night. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount is payable on booking with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival. If booking within 6 weeks of your arrival the full amount is payable on booking. Ski: The Schladming Dachstein 'Ski Amade’ region is a truly fantastic and unspoilt ski area of outstanding natural beauty with incredible skiing to suit everyone. It offers 223 km of top-class skiing across 4 inter-connecting mountains. There are 109 cable cars and chair lifts with a wide variety of runs. There are a choice of English speaking, Austrian ski schools in Schladming for both children and adults of all abilities. There are also so many beautiful mountain cafes and restaurants to choose from in this wonderful ski destination. Lift passes and ski hire are on-hand just a couple of minutes from the Penthouse. The Ski season usually begins in early December continuing well into spring usually until after Easter. The nearby Dachstein glacier also offers year-round skiing for the true enthusiast! The Schladming area is the premium skiing, hiking and cycling area of Styria - a truly fantastic holiday destination in both winter and summer!
