Skillfully constructed and totally refurbished only 3 years ago to accommodate 3 double bedrooms, all en suite plus one further guest WC. Roof top terrace and two further balconies. The apartment benefits from designer furniture, and total tranquility. The living room measures 10m x 6m and is an excellent area to entertain, dine and relax with friends and family. Estepona is a beautiful area just outside Marbella. Its a quick drive from Malaga (45mins) and within easy reach of Gib and Puerto Banus. Estepona has a beautiful Port with many shops and restaurants. Very much a family orientated area its a excellent area for r and r or as a hub to the many local attractions that southern Spain has to offer.
