This lovely Andalucian townhouse is split over 2 floors. It has 3 double bedrooms downstairs that all open up to a lush green private garden and upstairs one double bedroom en suite that has its own entrance. Upon entering the house there is a large living room with Sky TV, this opens up on to a large balcony that over looks the gardens. There is also a fully equipped modern kitchen and laundry room. Going through the gate from the street you land in a small typical Andalucian Patio (court yard) with shrubs and a great breakfast table. It is a lovely place to start the day. The communal pool is a short stroll down the street and it is rarely to busy.
