Accommodates up to 5 persons in 2 bedrooms, the house is set within a gated Duchy of Cornwall development with secure parking, high quality interior decor, and an enclosed garden overlooking the beach. Relaxation starts the moment you arrive at the house, whether you are here to do just that and enjoy taking in the scenery or you're wired for adventure it is a perfect location for a traditional family holiday, an action packed holiday surfing/body boarding/kitesurfing/coasteering /walking -the South West Coastal path is minutes from the house to take in the breathtaking views of the coastline. Or perhaps you just want watch the waves from the bedroom and enjoy the wonderful scenery around the Pentire headland. There is a kingsize bed in the master bedroom, a double & a single bed in the second bedroom. A lovely lounge and kitchen overlooking Fistral is equipped with all the mod cons. Upstairs bathroom with WC, sink, bath and separate shower and downstairs WC.
