Cosy small house, with two windows. Bathroom with shower and window. Fully furnished. Extra toilet with shower from outdoor. Outdoor space with table and chairs, trees and flowers. It is situated in a quiet area at the end of a 200m long blind road. It is very close to beaches as well as pubs and restaurants. Free safe parking space at about 50 metres from home.

LOCAL WINTER AVERAGE TEMPERATURE 14.8 DEGREES (CELSIUS) !!! SCAURI Seaside town sourranded by the mountains of the Aurunci Regional Park (highest peak 1535 m high). In Scauri the most appreciated thing by tourists is the sea side, with the 5 kms promenade within two hills. I found a special place the Gianola and Mount of Scauri Regional Park: I have worked there as a ranger and still as a tourist every time I could find it a great place to energize, relax, enjoy wilderness and... swim in the sea. International Folk festivals. Beer festival. Traditional feasts. Funfair. Concerts and plays at Roman teathre. To get there: Fly to Rome or Naples, then: Train to Scauri-Minturno. Free pick-up service at the train station. By car easy roads from Rome or Naples
