Photos and Description of this La Manga Club holiday villa Perfectly located, yet secluded 7 bedroom villa with large garden

The villa is approx 5,500 sq ft, set in a large and very private garden with two swimming pools (one large with waterfall and a smaller pool for young children). There are 7 bedrooms: 3 king-sized en-suite rooms and 2 family suites comprising a king-sized en-suite bedroom each leading to a separate room with twin beds. The spacious and bright living and dining room is furnished beautifully. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including two dishwashers. The lower ground floor offers a large bar area with a pool table and table football. There is also a laundry room with 2 washing machines and drying racks. Outside there are several large terraces and an outside dining area with shade. There is a traditional Spanish bbq and an ice making machine. Around the pool there are ample sunbeds, and on a shady terrace there is a table tennis table. The garden comprises a lawn big enough to play games and there is also a tranquil orchard.

The beach in the club is a 5 minute drive and the beaches of the Mar Menor and the Med are a 10 minute drive. The fishing village of Cabo de Palos, with its restaurants, bars, clubs and famous market is a 15 minute drive away. The provincial capital Murcia is the 6th largest city in Spain is a 45 minute drive.

  • The three king-sized rooms on the top floor all have beautiful views of the golf course and the Mar Menor. They all have their own doors to a private terrace. The top bedroom suite looks over the garden and swimming pool and the lower bedroom suite opens to the baby pool. All bedrooms are spacious and bright and all have ample cupboard space. The bathrooms are fitted with baths and excellent separate showers.
