1 Double Bedroom with En-suite 1 Twin Bedroom 1 Triple Bedroom House Shower Room Open Plan Living Area + 2 Single sofa beds. Kitchen Wireless Broadband Garage for 1 Car This modern mews house is very bright and modern. Located in the New Town it is walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and shops. The house can sleep up to 9 people. Ground Floor:- Master bedroom with 5ft bed and a very unusual mezzanine bathroom with large bath, wash hand basin and shower. The cloakroom can be access via the bedroom or the hallway. Lower Ground Floor:- Twin bedroom. Triple bedroom with bunk beds which have a double at the bottom and single bunk above. From here you can access the enclosed patio with BBQ and table and chairs. Shower room with wash hand basin and w.c. First Floor:- Open plan living area & kitchen with 2 sofas which can both be made int single sofa beds and dining table. There is a large flat screen T.V with DVD, Freeview & Cd Player.
