Villa Zinnia is a beautiful three bedroom villa with its own pool and gardens, nestling in the olive groves of Kalkan with views of the Taurus mountains and Kalkan bay. The villa is in a superb location 1 minute from a supermarket and with only a 10 minute, mainly level walk into the centre of town so, unlike most villas in Kalkan, it is an easy walk back without a taxi needed at the end of your night out. Luxurious and well equipped with a modern,contemporary kitchen with dishwasher, the villa will sleep up to 8 in its large, spacious bedrooms. On the top floor is a superb ensuite master bedroom, and a further double and twin room on the first floor along with a family bathroom. The living area is very comfortable and light with flat screen TV and DVD, large dining table and further bathroom. Patio doors lead onto the covered terrace, perfect for al fresco dining and the pool area and mature gardens are quiet, colourful and perfect for lazing in the sun.

Kalkan is a charming and picturesque town on the beautiful Turquoise coast of Turkey. Nestling at the foot of the spectacular Taurus mountains, it is a maze of pretty cobbled streets full of charm and character. Renowned for its high quality, romantic restaurants many of them having roof terraces overlooking the pretty waterfront harbour, this charming resort has managed to avoid mass tourism whilst retaining a fabulous atmosphere and warm traditional Turkish hospitality. Kalkan has a pretty white pebble beach with crystal blue waters, or you may like to visit Patara beach (20Km of golden sand) 30 mins away or secluded Kaputas beach 5 mins away. Kalkan offers a wide range of water sport activities including diving, boat trips, swimming and snorkeling.

Other details: An English agent will be there to greet you, hand over the keys and help in any way throughout your stay. Transfers from Dalaman are easliy arranged when you book and can either be a taxi or minibus. All linen is supplied by the villa apart from beach towels and the maid does a thorough once a week clean and linen change.The pool is cleaned daily and the gardens also are watered daily. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are installed on the top floor and there is a drying rack for any washing.

Facilities: Located only 1 minute walk from the villa is a small supermarket and a boutique hotel serving poolside snacks and drinks. The weekly market and bus station are both a 10 minute walk away.

New from June 2010: From June 2010 we expect to also have a Sony Playstation 3 console and/or a Wii games console with games, wireless internet connection, satellite TV and an iPod speaker dock-everything to keep your little ones (and not so little ones) happy!
