Two bedroom apartment sleeps 6. Ground floor end of terrace with patio and enclosed side garden. Bedroom 1 - double bed with ensuite shower room and WC , TV with DVD inbuilt along with alarm clock radio with IPOD dock, door to patio. Bedroom 2 - 2 beds (use as twin or double), alarm clock radio and door to garden. Large open plan living room with integrated kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and microwave. In addition to the integrated fridge/freezer there is a separate wine fridge under the breakfast bar (seating for 4). The dining table comfortably seats 4. The living room has a double sofa bed. There is a large screen LCD TV with surround sound system DVD/Blueray player along with IPod dock. There is a washing machine in a separate hallway cupboard. The second bathroom includes a bath with over bath shower, sink and WC. There is an outdoor dining table with seating for 6. Underground allocated parking garage.

Juan les Pins is situated between Cannes and Nice. Juan les Pins has grown along with Antibes, here you will find beautiful beaches, good nightlife, restaurants, nice old town and a beautiful boat harbour. Many watersports are available at the various beaches: waterskiing, parascending, diving and all kinds of fishing. The famous annual jazz festival is held in Juan-Les-Pins each July. The neighbouring town of Antibes has a daily food market and several museums and galleries. You will also find some great restaurants and cafes as well as shopping for all pockets.

Situated between Nice and Cannes and 13 kms from Nice Cote d'Azur International Airport, Antibes Juan-les-Pins possesses one of the most beautiful coastlines in France, which extends for almost 25 kms. The high-tech Sophia Antipolis north-east of the town is also integrated with Antibes Juan-les-Pins. There is easy access by road or rail to the nearby towns of Cannes, Nice, Monaco and beyond into Italy. The themeparks of Antibesland and Marineland are great days out for children of all ages and are situated in nearby Biot. http://www.azurpark.com

this Apartment is exceptional---decor---furnishings-and all the little "finishing touches " that made our stay really perfect.It is obvious that a lot of thought and clever planning made it what it is today.Plenty of space-lovely surroundings-----only a short walk from the beach where you will find stunning views-choice of lovely restaurants and bars to suit all tastes(the beach restaurants were fabulous!!!)The on-site pool and surrounding area is really excellent.plenty to do---plenty to see-especially Antibes-with its fabulous marina.-Take a trip on the little train!---Cannes is another `must see`.We really had a fabulous time,----and look forward to our next stay very much.

On arrival-this lovely apartment is everyones dream!---excellent facilities-decor- amenities- and luxuries one could wish for.-close at hand-and in the most beautiful of surroundings ,-The swimming pool ---really stunning!!!. Our stay was enhanced with the added luxury of a private garage----and only a short walk away was all we needed----restaurants-bars-newsagents---a spacious and very well equipped `le-Clerc`---all the lovely local foods and wares one could wish for..... Add to this all the sights and scenery this fabulous location has to offer we had only one conclusion to arrive at-------how soon we could return!!!

The appartment was furnished to an extremely high standard with excellent security. Being on the ground floor it had a good sized garden and patio which had very comfortable chairs and table which could seat six people.The beach was a traffic free walk of about 250 metres and the residents superb swimming pool was about 100 metres walk through very nice gardens.The additional facility of a very large lockable private underground garage was a bonus. We could unload our car and use the lift to take up luggage to the appartment front door. A well stocked Leclerc supermarket was a very short walk away and the centre of Juan Les Pins was a leisurely stroll either along the beach promenade or the back streets.There were many restaurants along the beach front which were in easy reach by foot.This area is also within easy reach of towns from St Tropez to the Italian border and the Autoroute Junction 44 is only 5 minutes away as is a Centre Commercial with Carrefour if you really like shopping.There is an excellent train service along the coast with a station for local services in Juan Les Pins.We had a very enjoyable holiday and would hope to return again.
