Photos and Description of this Andratx holiday house Near Port of Andratx, 4 bedroom finca. Casita for 2/3 also available to rent.

The finca is near Port d'Andratx, with its shops and large range of restaurants. It has lovely views of the Mallorcan hillside overlooking the Port. Sandy beaches at Paguera are just a short drive away. The finca has 1 king size,1 double and 1 twin bedroom. It is best for up to 6 adults/children, but there is also a small room which would suit an extra small child, or sofa in lounge sleeps 1. There are several lovely patio areas where you can sit to relax and an outside dining area that can seat up to 10 people. For larger groups of guests, there is also a casita, which can be rented only with the main house, at an additional £420 per week. It has its own kitchen, dining and lounge areas with a shower room and is suitable for up to 2 adults and a small child. The finca and casita both have hot/cold air con. The finca has wi-fi, a lounge that seats 7 with freeview sat TV, plus dining room, reading room with armchairs, bathroom with bath/ shower and ensuite shower room.

The finca is located close to both Andratx and the Port of Andratx with its many lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. It is a short drive from Santa Ponsa, St Elm and Paguera. Andratx has a weekly market each Wednesday, which is one of the largest on the island and is very popular. It sells goods ranging from leatherwork, handbags and clothes, to food and household goods.

Notes: The property is accessed by steps. Whilst it is not suitable for infirm people, it is suitable for able bodied elderly guests but may cause problems for some children. The house is non smoking, but guests are welcome to smoke in the garden areas.

Outside facilities: This finca is well positioned, to enable guests to sit on the various terrace areas for a quiet read. There is a BBQ area which is ideal for larger groups. The outside dining area, which seats 10, has ceiling fans to make this a pleasant and relaxing place to have a family meal. The adjacent seating area also has ceiling fans and is a restful place to sit.

Pool: There is a lovely outside unheated pool. Some accessories are available e.g. water wings, inflatable paddling pool and toys. Tables and chairs and loungers with sun umbrellas are situated in the pool area.

Inside facilities: There is a lounge/TV room with sat TV (freeview channels), a SKY decoder is available if you bring your own SKY card. There is also a DVD/Video player and some English DVD's and Videos are available. There is a CD player with some CD's available. The finca has WIFI available if you bring your own laptop, it covers the finca and the garden areas. The reading room is a charming room with a large rock outcrop forming a feature of the room. The dining area has an overhead electric/candle light that gives an intimate feel to inside dining.
