Charming villa set in a large plot with a garden, swimming pool, trees and flowers in a quiet village, Chayofa, nr Los Cristianos. With 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including 2 jacuzzi baths and a walk in shower. Seperate dining room off main sunny lounge. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc. Internet wifi, Playstation 2 with games, full uk and European TV, DVD player, safe, stereos.. Close to village centre and only 5 min to Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Can sleep up to 10, cots, highchairs and sofa bed available. Main bus stop is 1 min walk with regular service to Los Cristianos, or taxi only 6€. The garden has many terraces and areas of sun and shade with a large swimming pool with a solar heated cover so keeps warm all year. Options of accommodating up to 16 if the next door villa is also used.

This lovely villa is situated in the pretty village of chayofa, only 5 mins from los Cristianos on the road up to arona and mt teide. The village is famous for its fantastic flowers, mainly bouganvilla and pepper trees of which the villa has many of both. There is also a community pool in chayofa with sun deck, the pool is heated all year. Chayofa also has a variety of fantastic restaurants from a lacarte totapas. It has 2 large restaurants with beer gardens & activities each week, Inc bbqs, dancing, live jazz. There is also the fantastic jungle park nearby and a camel park offering camel treks. Los Cristianos offers a variety of sandy beaches, with safe swimming all year. There are water sports including sailing, water skiing, para gliding, fishing or take a boat out to see the whales and dolphins that live off los Cristianos. There is a pretty village centre and many shops. Both los Cristianos and las Americas have a huge variety of restaurants, bars and activities fo rall ages

  • There are camp beds and a double sofa bed for the main villa. We also have a 3 bed villa and a 1 bed apartment next door which can be rented to accomodate extra guests, from 2 to 8 additional guests, both apartments have fully equipped kitchens, washing machines, TV, DVD players, safes etc. #The 3 bed has 2 dbl bedrooms, and a single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with jacuzzi showers. A large sunny lounge with Juliet balconies overlooking the pool area and gardens. There is a small private terrace with dining suite. The 1 bed has a modern new bathroom with jacuzzi shower, american kitchen and terrace.
