The truly superb villa has an enviable location, facing south-east, high up above the Punta Lara development, close to Nerja. The accommodation is on three levels and comprises, briefly on street level of an entrance hallway, with mirrors, leading to an ‘L – shaped’ living room which has a lounge area leading through to the open plan dining area with American style fitted kitchen that benefits from all modern appliances. Full length picture windows in the living areas give wonderful breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline including Nerja. Patio doors from the dining area lead to the outside terrace which is equipped with automatic shades. A second staircase gives access to the ‘Jacuzzi – games’ room where there is special feature seating all round and a number of occasional tables. In this area is a full size Hot-tub / Jacuzzi, a toilet and an area for playing darts. For your convenience, a fridge and music centre is supplied.
