The guest villa was completed in 2003. It is a beautifully appointed property, fully equipped and tastefully furnished, with double glazed windows and tiled floors throughout. During cooler months electric central heating is available along with an open log fire. Adjoining the house is a covered terrace equipped with a gas barbecue and teak dining furniture for six. From the terrace, steps lead down to the main garden area and to a circular terrace also equipped with dining furniture and a parasol for shade. The garden has been designed and planted in a Mediterranean style. Guests can enjoy dining amidst scented plants and shrubs. The large, salt swimming pool is 50 meters away, in front of the owner's house. There are sun loungers by the pool and a covered area for those who prefer shade. For those who need more accommodation a well appointed king size, en-suite is available at extra cost. This air conditioned annex overlooks the pool and has its own access.

There are numerous markets throughout the area. The activities available are almost endless, including walking, cycling, canoeing in the Ardeche or nature watching in the Camargue.

Notes: Because of French legislation children must be strong swimmers and may never be left alone in the pool. There is no life guard facility. This villa holiday is not suitable for young families who wish to center their holiday entirely on the pool. Car parking is provided off road in a secure carport adjacent to the villa. Because the sleeping accommodation is two king size beds, this may restrict some young families. There is no 'put-you-up facility'. Additional annex accommodation for two people in the form of a large air conditioned bedroom with en-suite facilities and its own access, is available by negotiation with the owners.
