Villa Las Higueras is built in a modern bungalow style with its own private swimming pool and stunning views. The spacious lounge/dining room leads onto a terrace and into the garden. All bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard and also lead out into the garden. The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 include two single beds with separate bathroom. The kitchen has an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer and extractor. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The gardens are well maintained. There is private parking which is undercover for safe parking.

The property is located in a quiet area just 5 minutes drive to the beaches and 8 minutes to Fuengirola town with its beautiful port, promenade, shops and restaurants. There are numerous activities for children in the area; Fuengirola Zoo, Crocodile Park and Aquatic Park are all close by. There are also many golf courses in the area. This area is ideally located, providing easy access to other popular resorts such as Benalmadena, Marbella and Puerto Banus with their fabulous marinas, excellent restaurants, trendy boutiques and exciting nightlife. Closer to Fuengirola Hills is the beautiful ‘white village’ of Mijas which is a must for all visitors.
