Located on a brand new complex situated just off the Tombs of the Kings Road with easy access to all local tourist attractions. The complex boasts a large swimming pool which is heated by solar panels in the cooler months, a children’s pool, a jacuzzi pool and a snack bar open in high season. It also has a fully equipped gym which can be used at no extra cost. The property is beautifully furnished & has a large open plan lounge, kitchen & dining area. The lounge has patio doors opening onto a large furnished patio & garden area which is lovely & sunny all day long. A large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a family bathroom & air-conditioning in the lounge & bedroom. The property has Satellite TV installed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need including microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

The property is 3 minutes walk from the Tombs of the Kings Road where you will find numerous tavernas, restaurants, bars, shops and small supermarkets. A small sandy beach is 5 minutes walk away. The Harbour Area with its open air fish restaurants and Paphos Town with its winding streets, local markets and high street shops are both 20 minutes walk away. Alternatively, a bus stop is 3 minutes walk away and buses travel in both directions every 15 minutes, to the Harbour Area, Paphos Town or to attractions such as the Water Park or Coral Bay with its renowned sandy beach which offers all the usual beach facilities and a full range of water sports. There are many archaeological sites in and around Paphos, including The Tombs of the Kings site which is within easy walking distance. The Troodos Mountains are an hour away by car, offering skiing during the winter months. There are 3 golf courses in the Paphos area: Secret Valley, Minthis and the championship course at Aphrodite Hills.
