Located on a brand new complex situated just off the Tombs of the Kings Road with easy access to all local tourist attractions. The complex boasts 2 large swimming pools with 2 Jacuzzis, a children's pool, and a children's play area. It also has a fully equipped gym which can be used at no extra cost. The property has a large open plan lounge, kitchen & dining area. The lounge has patio doors opening onto a large furnished private terrace which has steps leading straight out onto the pool area., The large double bedroom also has a door leading onto this terrace. The second bedroom has bunk beds & a single bed so can cater for a family of up to 5 people.There is a family bathroom, & an en-suite off the double bedroom. All rooms have air-conditioning. The property also has Sky TV installed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need including a microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Nearest Airport: Paphos at 15 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 200.0 Metres

The apartment is situated just off the Tombs of the Kings Road, where you will find numerous tavernas, restaurants, bars and tourist shops all within 2 minutes walk. There is a small sandy beach just 5 minutes walk away. The Harbour Area and Paphos Town, with its quaint streets and shops, or, if you prefer, Bar Street are 20 minutes walk away. Alternatively, a bus stop is 2 minutes from the complex and buses travel in both directions every 15 minutes, taking you into Paphos or to other attractions such as the Water Park or the famous Coral Bay Beach. The Tombs of the Kings archaeological site is also within walking distance and there are numerous other archaeological sites to explore in and around Paphos. If you wish to hire a car you can be in the Troodos Mountains in about an hour and can ski there in the winter months. There are 3 golf courses: Minthis, Secret Valley & Aphrodite Hills, which is a championship course.
