La Mata beach is just 5 minutes walk away from the house, with its long sandy beaches and a magnificent broad walk promenade for all the year around. The bustling town of Torrevieja, at 5 mins/drive or bus, has a wealth of shops, markets, casinos, restaurants, cafes and bars to suit all tastes and budgets alike. The accommodation is also close to a sports centre, Water Park and golf courses, all within short driving distance. A supermarket and a good selection of restaurants, shops, cafe, internet cafe, bar and clubs are just a few minutes walk away.

Torrevieja is 28 miles south of Alicante on the Costa Blanca with its fine sandy beaches and crystal clear waters, here you can enjoy over 300 days of sunshine a year. Torrevieja is a typical Spanish town with it's street markets, and plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants to suit every taste. For recreation, relaxation and amusement, amongst many other things, the town has one of the best yacht clubs in Spain plus all water sports, 4 championship golf courses within 30 mins drive, a number of go-kart tracks, water park, ten pin bowling, multiscreen cinema and 2 salt lake lagoons which have been turned into nature reserves.

This may be done by bank transfer or cheque depending on booking time before rental. An initial non-refundable booking fee of 99 British Pounds per booked week will secure your booking and the remaining amount to be settled 12 weeks in advance of travel.   • On arrival to the house, you will be met by our caretaker who will welcome you and show you around the house and community. They will make you as comfortable as possible so if there is anything you need to know, don't hesitate to ask. There a clean/ironing fee of 50 Euros to be paid on arrival to the caretaker. Additional extras: Welcome Food Pack and airport transfer may be arranged with the caretaker. Please enquire to the owner.
