The house is surrounded by a garden with young olive trees. The property is closed by a gate. The house is working by solar energy. The air condition or heating is very silent and in all rooms. The house is prepared for summer and winter! The nearest beach is only 500m away and shops and restaurants only about 1000m. You don't need a car. You can visit many places by bus or train. The villa has all comfort. For you we give our best, that your holidays here in Balestrate will be relaxing for you without stress. For you we can organize the transfer from and to the airport - Euro 30 for one way up to 4 people.
