The view is simply stunning with a 180 degree panorama looking directly over the golf course and to the sea. There are none of the rows and rows of white houses that characterize so many Spanish holiday developments. The apartment enjoys a shared pool right next door. The apartment is spacious and furnished to a high standard with luxury leather furniture. Marble floors throughout and en-suite marble bathroom for the master bedroom. Luxury fitted kitchen. Terra Mitica, Spain's equivalent of Disneyland, 1 1/2 hours north. La Manga resort 30 mins south. 30-50 restaurants within 15 mins drive. The apartment is located on one of the top golf courses in the Costa Blanca, Las Ramblas, with two other Championship courses, Villamartin (has hosted the Spanish Open) & Campoamor within 5 mins drive. La Finca & La Manga golf courses are a 30 min drive away.
