The apartment is within easy reach of Alicante airport, 55kms (45 mins) and Murcia airport , 30kms (30 mins). 400 yds from clubhouse, first tee & driving range. Villamartin & Campoamor golf courses within 3kms. Many beautiful beaches within 4kms. Torrevieja harbour front 10kms - 15 mins.. The apartment sits on the brow of a hill & enjoys a lovely uninterrupted view down a wooded valley from both the balcony and the totally private rooftop sun terrace. A selection of shared pools are within 100 yds. The apartment is spacious and furnished to a high standard with luxury leather sitting room suite. Marble floors throughout & marble bathroom en-suite to the master bedroom. Luxury fitted kitchen.
