The country house in Tuscan style is located on a large estate in the villa outskirts Collemezzano, near Cecina, where even at the beginning of the 19th century country houses with sea views were being rented to rich citizens. Each floor has direct access from outside, and its own terrace. From the covered terrace in the upper part of the house, you can enter the living room, which is connected with a perfectly equipped kitchen. On this floor, you can also find a double room, a children room with bunk bed and a bathroom. It is connected through a stair with the large eat-in kitchen, downstairs, where you can also find the other bedrooms and a bathroom. There you will also find an arranged terrace in front of the entrance. This house is suitable for guests who want to spend their vacation together, and still have separate living units.

The ground floor has 110 m² and a terrace, the upper floor 70 m² plus a covered terrace. The estate has 3200 m². On each floor, you will find a completely equipped kitchen, as well as a washing machine. The stove has 5 plates. The large kitchen in the apartment has a fireplace. Upon request, we can provide you with a children high chair. In the living room, there are 2 sofas, in the eat-in kitchen 1 sofa and 2 armchairs. There is a TV on each floor. Each terrace has a table and chairs. The deck chairs and the grill are shared by all of our guests.

Cecina was populated even during Etruscan times. The present city was founded in 1852 by the grand duke Leopold II of Tuscany. Since then, it has developed itself evermore, and is nowadays a popular bathing resort with a 10 km long beach, separated from the city through a pine wood. The wood is crossed by bike tracks and riding paths. The villa district is located in the outskirts of the city, where the estates are bigger. There are 2.5 km to the next shop, and 4 - 5 km to the city or to the beach. The place is ideally connected with other cities in Tuscany, in hinterland and on the coast. Some of them are important cultural and historical cities, which can be easily reached in a day trip. The mild climate makes your vacation challenging the whole year through.
