This is an excellent modern 2 bedroom apartment which is centrally located to all the local amenities including the beautiful el Campello promenade, beachfront, marina, the new central park area and the local tram station. The apartment offers you views over looking the park and is situated on the 2nd floor with lift access. Set on one level the property offers you an open plan fully equipped American style kitchen which is ideal for holidays, lounge with dining area which leads onto a balcony for Al fresco style dining, there are 2 bedrooms within the apartment with the main bedroom offering you en-suit facilities and the single bedroom which is equipt with one single bed and a single fold up bed to give you further space. We can also offer you a secure parking bay free of charge. The complex is secure and is complete with communal swimming pool and small childrens play area. Within a short stroll you can access the beach front with its array of cosmopolitan bars & restaurants.

Local Amenities: El Campello as lots to offer with a beautiful walk along the coastline towards Playa Muchavista costing nothing. The well kept beach is less than a 5 minute stroll from the complex as is the promenade which offers you a variety of fresh fish & meat dishes along with tapas bars, ice cream parlours and a choice of cosmopolitan restaurants. You can catch the weekly fish auction near the Marina everyday from 6pm. For the more adventurous you can take the tram into the City of Alicante every 20 minutes or head in the opposite direction to the towns of la Villajoyosa, Benidorm or as far as denia taking in the coastal sites along the way. For golf lovers we have 5 golf courses within a 30 minute drive of El Campello with the nearest course of Bonalba less than 5 kms away and the Alicante course less than 10 minutes away. Discount vouchers available. On a pleasant day in the summer you can take a trip to Tabarca Island or visit the cavbes of Busot all year round. Fishing, snorkalling etc..

Transport: Alicante airport is just a 30 minute drive away from El Campello. Don't forget we can offer you a transfer service from just 60 euro's. The tram station of el Campello is 2 minutes from the complex and can access you to such places as Alicante City, Benidorm, Altea, La Villajoyosa, Playa Muchavista and more..... The bus stop is right outside the complex taking you to Alicante City every 15 minutes. Car Hire: we can offer you the numbers of several car hore companies if required.
