The kitchen, dining, living area is open plan with floor to ceiling windows for breathtaking views of the Rhone valley, alps & forest (and no immediate neighbors). Tastefully decorated for total comfort with all modern conveniences and a cozy glass fronted fireplace. Across the road is the Swiss Ski School, ski rental shop and the high speed 8-seater cable-car to whisk you into the world famous 4 Vallées Ski Domain. Parking is directly in front of the apartment and the village resort is just a 5 minute walk from away where you will find supermarket, bakery, newsagent, bars/restaurants and swimming pool & wellness centre.

Veysonnaz is an authentic picturesque sunny mountain resort located at 1350 metres in the Valaisan Alps with an amazing view over the Rhone Valley and its capital city Sion, but best known as part of the fabulous the 4 Valleys ski domain. Whether it be skiing, skating, snowshoeing, biking (VTT or road), wine-touring, painting, golfing, swimming, or 'just' relaxing in the sun - The Valais region will not disappoint you! 15 minutes by car from Veysonnaz - The medieval town of Sion, with historic castle, local market, stylish boutiques, golf, vineyards. Then a little further afield - Saillon thermal baths, Lake Geveva, Montreux Jazz Festival, Zermatt & Materhorn just to name a few.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are for the property per week in Swiss Francs - FINAL STANDARD CLEANING IS INCLUDED.
    Minimum weekly rental during winter (from Sat to Sat), with a discount for an extended rental period of 2 weeks or more.
  • We ask for a down payment of CHF 500 (Swiss Francs) at the time of booking which is non refundable. The balance, plus a CHF 200 security deposit must be paid a month before your arrival date. Of course the security deposit will be refunded in full (CHF cash on the day of departure or by return transfer into your bank account) if everything is in order! We will provide our full bank details to facilitate simple direct bank-bank transfers (unfortunately we cannot accept credit cards or cheques).
  • Generally - Check-in is any time after 16:00 and check-out at 11:00, but we can be flexible depending on the bookings before and after you!

WINTER is: Discovering the 4 vallées ski domain. Incomparable skiing from Veysonnaz to Verbier through Nendaz. More than 100 ski lifts and 400 km of slopes between 1300 and 3300 meters altitude. One ski pass valid either for the complete area or by sections with reductions for families of 3 or more. There is also a cross country skiing run, a skating rink, and numerous snow-shoe tracks to explore as well. It doesn’t get much bigger or better!

SUMMER is: Discovering over 300 km of footpath in the area around Veysonnaz, and there are also opportunities for more challenging tours in the high mountains. The walks take you through unspoilt alpine country. A speciality is the 'Bisse de Vex', a traditional open irrigation channel typical of the Valais and dating from the 15th century, which has been extensively restored for 12 kilometres of its length - and it passes right by the doorstep of the apartment!
