Two bedroomed apartment in a very good location being 10 mins walk into the old town of La Escala and 5-10 mins walk to the sea front of Riells with it's bustling beach, bars, restaurants and shops, one bedroom has a double bed and the other two singles, there is one full bathroom a good size lounge and dining area leading onto a large terrace overlooking the well kept gardens and swimming pool, the separate kitchen is well equipped and there is a small utility room. The apartment is ideal for one or two couples or a small family. There is gated off street parking for one car.

The lovely Spanish seaside town of La Escala is situated on the Mediterranean in the bay of Roses, it's beautiful beaches make it an ideal place for family holidays, it is both a working town and a tourist resort, the old town is very traditional with it's maze of narrow streets filled with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are plenty of nearby places to visit, Figueres with the Museum of the famous artist Salvador Dali, the cultural city of Girona, La Bisbal which is famous for ceramics, the lovely moated medieval village of Peratalada and the fantastic city of Barcelona 140k away. Empuries boasts extensive Greco Roman ruins and the small village of Sant Marti is wonderful with it's plaza of restaurants and pretty church. La Escala offers plenty of acivities and water sports to suit all ages.
