50m2 apartment on second floor (lift and stairs) with 35m2 sunny garden, furniture and barbecue. Renovated in 2008. Entrance area and storage cupboard. Open kitchen/diner (4 hotplates, microwave, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar and lounge with garden exit, double sofa (converts to bed), satellite TV and DVD. Air conditioning and gas central heating. 1 room with large bunk beds (sleeps 2) and 1 room with double bed and fitted wardrobes. Shower room. Separate WC. Washing machine, iron and board. Small pets accepted. Smoking permitted in garden. Secure gated parking. Intercom. Petanque pit in shaded area. Nearby railway station. Possible slight noise disturbance.
