Poble Carina is a pretty development of ten houses situated in the quiet area of Riells de Dalt in L'Escala - a 15 minute walk from the blue flag beaches, shops, bars and restaurants of Riells. The house, which is available to rent all year, has three bedrooms, one double and two twins, a pleasant open plan lounge and dining area with American style kitchen. The lounge leads directly on to the private garden area which overlooks the shared pool. Because the development has only ten houses it is generally quiet throughout the year. The pool has a shallow end for the younger ones and the whole development is gated and secure. The house has a utility room with washing machine and two terraces upstairs. There are two bathrooms, one a walk in shower room the other with bath. The gardens are well maintained and there are tables and chairs for al fresco eating.

The beautiful coastal resort of L'Escala has five blue flag beaches suitable for children and many wonderfully quiet coves and bays within walking or short drive distances. There are special beaches for sailing, windsurfing, paragliding and jet skiing and several superb snorkeling and scuba diving locations. There are also several cruise boats and glass-bottom boat trips based in L'Escala which visit the coastline of the Costa Brava and Southern France. The villa is just a few minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and shops of the Riells area of L'Escala and a five minute drive to the Old Town, Montgo Bay and the beaches of St Marti. It’s the perfect base for year round sunshine, secluded bays, coastal walks and archaeological sites.
