A beautiful spacious villa, well cared for and with the advantage of having a fully equipped annex, ideal for grandparents or an Au pair as an optional extra cost. The villa has 4 bedrooms all with air conditioning, an outside BBQ and large covered terraces. Within the garden there is a play area for children, large lawn area and a 12x5m swimming pool and includes pool towels. The annex to the main house has its own kitchen, lounge area, double bedroom and full bathroom. Outside it has its own covered terrace area. Should you wish to include the annex for your party, the maximum occupancy would be 10 persons and would be a 20% increase on the advertised price for the villa. Without the annex the house can comfortably house 8 people.

In Pollensa you find lovely old streets and typical squares where you find wonderful shops, restaurants and cafes. The main square is in the centre of the town, where there is also a large church. Each Sunday there is a market which is definitely worth a visit. The Calvari steps is a must and the Puig de Maria, the emblematic mountain, is a short distance from the Old Town. Pollensa has been renowned by the many painters who lived there, and it has many galleries, and a wonderful classical music festival in the summer. There is also an excellent golf course just a few minutes away by car. There are many beaches a few minutes by car from the villa, both in Pollensa and Alcudia. Alcudia is approximately at the same distance from the house. It is a beautiful old town with Roman ruins, and beautiful typical streets, and a happy atmosphere of cafes and restaurants. There is another great golf course in the Alcudia area, and a lovely natural park, the Albufera, ideal for bird watchers.
