Additional information about rental rates

  • To confirm the booking 50% of the rental amount is required and the remaining balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Booking and balance payments can be made by bank transfer to our Spanish account. A cheque for 200 Euros will also be required as an inventory and breakage deposit - this will be refunded if no breakages occur.
  • Cancellation policy: If cancellation is made within 60 days prior to arrival we will refund half of the deposit paid. Cancellations made inside of 60 days prior to arrival date ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • The minimum rental period is one week.
    The property is booked from 14.00 hours on the day of arrival through until 10.00 hours on the day of departure. This is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation of next arrivals.

We have been visiting Cala San Vicente for approximately 16 years. It is an idyllic location - suitable for families, couples and those who want to get away from the rat-race. There are 3 lovely small sandy coves, Cala Molins, Cala Barques and Cala Clara. There is also the rocky cove of Cala Carbo which is perfect for snorkelling. Sun loungers, umbrellas and pedaloes are available for hire on Cala Molins and Cala Barques. Cala San Vicente has numerous restaurants catering for all tastes. If you want to go further afield there is a wonderful selection in Pollenca and Puerto Pllenca (both about 5 minutes distance by car.
