The dining room opens into a small internal patio from where a staircase takes to other three small terraces at different levels with a small room at the roof level.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rental rates are all inclusive (utilities, linen, equipment) but for final cleaning and dry cleaning which is charged in the amount of €120,00. A confirmation deposit equivalent to 30% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking, the balance is to bepaid 10 days prior to arrival. A security deposit of €200,00 should be paid upon arrival and will be returned on departure unless there are expenses due to loss or damage to be covered. The cost of heating is calculated in addition during the winter period.
