Fully renovated, tastefully and comfortably furnished and fitted out with all modern conveniences. It is the perfect location for family get-togethers and other meetings. One hour drive from the Chunnel. Less than 10 km from Hippodrome. Many great golf courses in the region. With grand piano Grotrian Steinweg 195 cm. 7 bedrooms; 17 beds with duvets and s child's beds. Linen included; Large stock of (bath) towels, kitchen towels, tablecloths etc. (All linen and towels will be changed once a week); 2 fully-equipped kitchens with large refrigerators/freezers, dishwashers, 2 x gas hob/oven with grill, microwave oven, food processor, machines for Italian espresso coffee, etc.; 2 dining rooms; 3 bathrooms, 4 lavatories; Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board etc.; Shady garden with orchards and lawns (11,000 m2); 2 large open fireplaces (incl. timber)

Sea: Dieppe; 30 minutes by car, market on Saturday morning, many restaurants round the old port. Rouen, 30 minutes by car, the ancient capital of the region. Rouen has restored ancient streets and houses, including the Vieille Maison (1466) and the Place du Vieux Marché where Joan of Arc was burnt at the stake in 1432. Rouen is a gastronomic centre with colourful food markets, tempting pâtisseries and superb restaurants. Famous gardens: 'Le Vasterival' in Dieppe; 'Giverny' of Monet (1 hour by car - Vernon)..     Accommodation prices 1750 - 2250 euro per week
  • After the rental period has been agreed in consultation by telephone or e-mail, the contact will receive a rental contract and an invoice. The rental contract must be signed and returned together with the deposit (30% of the invoice). From that moment the booking will be final. The remainder of the invoice amount should be paid at least six weeks before commencement of the rental period.
  • Cancellations are subject to a charge which will amount to a certain percentage of the full rent, namely: up to 42 days before commencement of the rental period 30%, from 42 to 28 days before commencement 60%, from 28 days to the day of arrival 90% and on the day of arrival or later 100%. You are advised to take out a cancellation insurance and a good travel insurance.
