Sumptuous 170 m² independent chalet built 4 years ago respecting the typical Savoyard style of wood and natural stone. This 3 floor chalet can be rented either self-catered or catered and is available in both the Summer and the Winter. There are 6 bedrooms all ensuite and all with flat screen televisions. 5 of the bedrooms have twin beds, and the 6th bedroom has a large double bed. There is a very large living/dining area with high vaulted ceilings and beautiful wood burning fireplace. There is a separate den area fully equipped with a large flat screen television with satellite reception, DVD and Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with combi refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven and traditional oven with hobs. From the large balcony there are beautiful views of the mountains and the lake. There is a private indoor sauna and outside jacuzzi. This chalet is perfectly suited for 12 persons. There are also 3 covered parking spaces near the chalet that are included in the rental price.

Tignes Les Brevieres is one of the truly authentic Alpine villages. Here you will find absolutely everything you need to ensure a well deserved rest from the hustle and the bustle. Directly in the village there is an ESF (the national French ski school), a local supermarket, Post Office, cash station, Tourist Office, local pubs and assorted restaurants and ski shops.

Ski: Tignes Les Brévières is part of the Espace Killy, one of the most extensive skiing/snowboarding areas in the world. A truly safe bet in this day and age of uncertainty regarding snow coverage. Combining Val d'Isère and Tignes it offers 300 kms of prepared slopes to an altitude of 3456m, including 20 green runs, 60 blue runs, 35 red runs, and 16 black runs. In addition there are 2 skiable glaciers, 2 snow parks, and 44 kms of cross country tracks. This whole ski area is accessed from the lifts located at 450m from the chalet.
