This self catering 2 bedroom apartment is located in the brand new complex of Al-Andalus Thalassa. This new complex is equipped with 3 swimming pools, gardens, sports areas, tennis courts, a modern spa centre with heated pool, jacuzzi, steam circuits, sauna, Turkish bath, gym and relaxation area. The apartment itself is fully furnished with a double master bedroom and en-suite. There is also a twin bedroom withe two single beds, seperate bathroom, kictchen, 4 seater dining area, sofa area and balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite worktops, sink, oven, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, built in microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Also included is a television and radio. Towels and bedding are supplied. The area is serviced by 3 airports; Almeria, Murcia and Alicante each being 45mins, 75mins and 2hrs drive from the apartment.

Within walking distance, Vera Playa boasts over four miles of clean sandy beaches stretching from Villaricos in the north to Garrucha in the south. The beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag quality award by the European Union. Within 3 miles, the walled, renaissance town of Vera is one of the most important commercial centres in the region. A traditional old Spanish town filled with spanish tapas bars, fancy restaurants and a bullring with museum on the outskirts. Garrucha (4 miles) is primarily a thriving fishing town and port. The beach front consists of a 2 km promenade that spans the length of the town, a marble paseo bordered by fish restaurants, and a clean beach. Market day is every Friday morning. 8 miles away the whitewashed hill top town of Mojacar Pueblo is a delightful place to explore, where you will find charming trinket shops, restaurants, bars and terraces. At the base of the hill is the lively beach town of Mojacar Playas with many restaurants and bars.
