It possesses of a dining corner with 6 seats, cosy couch, kitchen with complete cooking and dining dishes. 4 hot plates oven, fridge and coffee machine. St. Martin is located on a broad, sunny valley in a beautiful landscape for recreation with well prepared slopes, 40 km well-kept cross-country ski-tracks, numerous hiking trails with farmed Alps at the foot of the Tennen Mountains. In the summer a nice bathing lake is for the guest’s disposal, in the winter it is used as an ice-ring. Gratis ski-touring courses are offered and the local ski school cares for the vacationers. The village is a real vacation paradise, quiet, despite good development unspoiled of mass tourism and without any industry.

Way description: From Salzburg on the A 10 Tauern motorway exit Hüttau-Lammertal exit 56 to St. Martin at the Tennen Mountains. From Villach exit Eben exit 60 to St. Martin.

Environment: The house is about 1 km apart from the centre of the village in quiet, sunny, south leaning location offside the main road at the edge of the forest. St. Martin at the Tennen Mountains is situated on the sun plateau of the Lammertal 1000 m not far apart from the city of Mozart, Salzburg, embedded in the delightful mountains of the Tennen and Dachstein Mountains, perfect for activities in the summer and winter. Bus stop for the gratis ski bus and cross-country ski run in immediate proximity.

Ski: The ski region Dachstein West offers 145 km slopes of the latest rope ways, cross-country ski-tracks and a lot of broached winter hiking trails. The region offers ski courses for beginners with the motto “Learn to ski within 3 days or get your money back“. For longs there are gratis basic courses. Ski bus stop in immediate proximity to the accommodation (use free of charge). The ski touring ski run skirts the apartment.
