Spacious luxury 1 & 2 bedroom modern self catering apartments in the small coastal fishing village of El Cotilllo, Fuerteventura. Part of a small development of only 36 apartments, positioned right on the beach with its own gardens and breathtaking views of the lagoon beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. This complex has a large (250sqm approx) salt water swimming pool(not heated) for use only by owners and residents, and is ideal for children as it is not too deep. There is an integral jacuzzi and adjacent toilets. For very young children there is a separate shallow pool. Surrounding the pool is a large sunbathing area with supplied sun loungers and attractive gardens with a gate leading directly onto the beach. The perfect setting for a great family holiday or a romantic getaway break.

A spacious new and modern self catering apartment set on 1 level on the first floor of this small development of only 36 apartments,with its own large sun terrace with breathtaking views of the lagoon beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. The spacious open plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with a large L shaped sofa and dining set, TV and DVD player. From here you can step directly onto your own private and spacious terrace. This has 2 sun loungers and a dining table and seating for 4 people. From the terrace you can view the communal area below. Both bedrooms have fantastic views out to the lagoon beaches and the ocean. This apartment is the Ideal setting for a romantic and relaxing getaway or safe and fun holiday for all the family.

El Cotillo is located on the north west coast of Fuerteventura. While it has expanded in the last few years, it is still a working fishing village and has maintained its local Canarian character and is an ideal location for a truly relaxing holiday. El Cotillo is famous for its stunning white sand beaches and protected clear blue lagoons where it is safe to swim all year round. For the more adventurous the surf beach to the south of the village is more exposed to the Atlantic ocean waters and here you can find many water sport activities such as wind and kite surfing and body boarding. The area surrounding the village of El Cotillo is of great natural beauty and much of it protected. Here you can enjoy a variety of activities such as cycling, walking, birdwatching. The village itself has all the amenities you will need supermarket, banks, internet, cafes, bars and restaurants serving locally caught fresh fish. Correlejo is only 20 mins by car or 40mins by regular local bus service.

Further details for this apartment: English speaking managing agents live in the village and will meet you on arrival and provide a comprehensive and personal service to help make your stay an enjoyable and carefree experience. Complimentary Welcome Pack on arrival with additional items provided on request. Cot provided free of charge. Highchairs, security gate and pushchair can be hired on request. Evening baby sitting service available.

Housekeeping: The apartment is cleaned and towels and linen changed weekly. Additional cleaning and laundry service can be arranged.

Driving: Car hire, while useful, is not essential. We can arrange a transfer from the airport and a mini tour of the village on arrival. All areas of the village are easily reached on foot. A regular and reliable bus service from the village travels through several local villages on the way to Correlejo.

Other Activities: Snorkelling & rock pooling, quad safaris, birdwatching.
